Kalawao County Recent Arrests is a private reference, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, arrange a visit, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the government office that created or now holds the record.

Find the Responsible Office

Kalawao County has no conventional county jail, public jail roster, separate booking desk, or county records-unit address. The correct contact depends on who made the arrest, where the person went after the event, and whether the request concerns an incident report, present custody, or a filed court case. No office hours were published for the Kalawao administrative sheriff in the sources reviewed, so call or email before relying on in-person access.

Kalawao Administrative Sheriff
Hawaii Department of Health
Phone: 808-567-6924
Alternate: 808-567-6928
Email: kenneth.seamon@doh.hawaii.gov

Use those directory contacts to route a DOH/Kalawao sheriff inquiry. They are not a guarantee that a person's custody status or a booking photo can be released. The DOH Hansen's Disease Branch may also help route a program question at 808-733-9831. For a written DOH record request, follow the DOH UIPA request instructions.

Kalaupapa National Historical Park
#7 Puahi Street
Kalaupapa, HI 96742
Phone: 808-567-6802

Contact the park for general routing when an NPS ranger or park dispatch handled the incident. A request for an NPS law-enforcement record may need the NPS FOIA process. State the park, date, ranger or dispatch context, and the exact document sought.

Maui Police Department Records Section
55 Mahalani Street
Wailuku, HI 96793
Records: 808-244-6355
Fax: 808-244-6418
Non-emergency: 808-244-6400

Use the MPD Police Reports route if MPD created or received the record during mutual aid or a Molokai event. The Molokai Police Station is at 110 Ainoa Street, Kaunakakai, HI 96748, phone 808-553-5355. MPD says many reports are provided within 10 business days, subject to Hawaii public-record rules. That is an estimate, not a Kalawao publication deadline.

These systems answer different questions. SAVIN can show covered DCR custody but not every arrest. Court records show filed proceedings rather than a live jail status. BOP and ICE do not serve as Kalawao arrest rosters. A missing result in one system should not be treated as proof that no arrest occurred.
